The Hague Municipality:
Rotterdamsebaan

To mark the completion of the Rotterdamsebaan, The Hague Municipality asked us to create a lasting memento for everyone involved in this major infrastructure project to improve the city’s accessibility. The result is a three-part book set, with each volume capturing a different phase of the process.

Bound in coarse, anthracite-grey fabric that recalls the texture of asphalt, the three books are held together by a black-and-white elastic band inspired by road markings – a tactile fragment of the road itself.
